About this event
Understanding and Navigating Grief
This support group provides a place to connect with others who are also going through loss, share memories of the person who died, learn about the grief process, and explore new ideas to help you cope and heal. We use articles and resources from authors who specialize in grief. Information will be provided to you to help facilitate discussion. The group is open to all grieving adults in the community who have experienced a loss through death and is led by a trained facilitator.
The group meets the second and fourth Monday of each month in the chapel at Carle BroMenn Medical Center. No registration required, however, you can contact
Rev. Christine McNeal, senior staff chaplain at (309) 268-3504 for more information.
