Special note for patients receiving care from Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Carle Eureka Hospital, Carle West Physician Group, Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Proctor Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital and all associated clinics:

This page explains the billing statement patients will receive for charges from Carle West Physician Group, Carle Physician Group, Carle Foundation Hospital, Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center, and Carle Richland Memorial Hospital.

Charges with dates of service July 1, 2020 through February 26, 2021 provided at Carle BroMenn Medical Center and Carle Eureka Hospital will appear on a separate statement of hospital charges from Carle.

Charges with dates of service prior to December 2, 2023 provide at Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Proctor Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital and all associated clinics will appear on a separate statement of hospital charges from Carle Health.
