Mobile Health Clinic
The Carle Mobile Health Clinic brings affordable, non-urgent medical services to neighborhoods around Champaign-Urbana, Vermilion and to McLean Counties. Our 40-foot, wheelchair-friendly mobile medical clinic offers infants, children and adults full-service medical care to make sure families stay healthy. Practitioners have experience in pediatrics, family medicine, and women’s health and pregnancy.

Advance Care Planning
Advance care planning assures your wishes are understood and communicated to healthcare professionals and your loved ones even when you aren't able to speak for yourself. Carle’s trained facilitators follow the Respecting Choices® program to assist patients in making informed decisions about future healthcare needs.

Vial of Life
The Vial of Life is designed to help emergency personnel provide the best possible care and quickest response time. The Vial of Life is a container that holds important medical information such as a list of medications, allergies, special needs and advance directives. Anyone can benefit from Vial of Life, but it’s especially helpful for seniors, people who live alone and those with a chronic illness. It’s a simple program that can save your life.
