Carle Health team members remain flexible to care for patients and support each other
The Katharina and Minnie Weber Long-Term Care Unit is located on the third floor of Carle Richland Memorial Hospital. Residents enjoy a small, family atmosphere with the best staff-to-patient ratios in the area. We’ve also received a five-star rating by Medicare for our high-quality care.
A multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, CNA’s, activity staff and licensed social workers provide comprehensive services and build personalized care plans for each resident. Residents and their families are welcome to attend care-planning meetings to provide input.
Room and board expenses are private pay only and not covered by Medicare. Labs, x-rays, respiratory treatments and rehab services are billed to Medicare Part B. Oxygen and other medical supplies are an additional cost. Physician and pharmacy services are billed separately.
