There are a number of convenient parking locations for Carle Health patients and visitors.
BroMenn Medical Center offers many different options for patient and visitor parking:
Complimentary Valet Parking
Valet parking is available free of charge at the main entrance of the hospital, weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 5:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Let our trusted valets park your vehicle for you. If you wish to use the valet service, it is best to request return of your vehicle by 5 p.m. as you will be responsible for retrieving your vehicle after 5 p.m.
Parking Deck
The Parking Deck is located just north of the hospital. It is a six-level self-parking garage connected to the hospital via enclosed walkways. Please note—some spaces are reserved for valet parking and physician parking.
Additional ParkingPatients and visitors are welcome to park in other parking lots, provided the parking lot is not specifically noted as being reserved for others.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is currently available at the hospital entrance in the Park Street circle drive near the North Garage and at the Mills Breast Cancer Institute entrance near the South Garage. Attendants at both locations are on duty from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Parking Garages
Parking garages are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. An attendant is on duty from 8:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. While an attendant is on duty, the following fees apply.
North Garage
The North parking garage is located off of University Avenue on the east side of the Carle Foundation Hospital campus. The garage features six levels of parking to accommodate cars, vans and SUVs, and ADA-designated sections for parking assistance.
South Garage
Use the South Garage if you are visiting:
The South parking garage is located on the south side of University Avenue.
Champaign County Fairgrounds Parking Lot
In addition to the parking garages, there is free parking available north of the main campus at the Champaign County Fairgrounds. Two shuttles run regularly between this lot and campus buildings Monday through Friday. An ADA-accessible shuttle is available for visitors needing assistance in the Fairgrounds parking lot.
The Hospital Direct shuttle runs from 4:30 a.m. – 11:45 p.m., and the South Clinic/West Campus shuttle runs from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Heart and Vascular Institute Parking Lot
West of the Carle Tower is a dedicated parking lot for Heart and Vascular Institute patients. This lot also has reserved spots for Expanding Children's Hearing Opportunities department visitors.
Carle Foundation Hospital Emergency Department
The Carle Foundation Hospital Emergency Department is open daily and on holidays. Visitors can use the Emergency Department circle drive for temporary parking when dropping off or picking up a patient.
*Carle Foundation Hospital will offer an accessible wheelchair transport service in the North and South Garage effective this July. With this change, we will cease our other valet services. Patients can also expect more spots available in the parking garages, and a free ADA-accessible shuttle for guests who would like to park at the Fairgrounds. With these changes, we aim to improve access and experience for patients and guests visiting our Urbana campus.

Valet parking is available free of charge at the main entrance of Methodist Hospital, weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Let our trusted valets park your vehicle for you. When you are ready for your vehicle, visit the front entrance and present your valet ticket.
Parking Deck
Visitors and most patients should park in Parking Deck A at the corner of Hamilton Blvd. and Glen Oak Ave. Please enter the deck from Hamilton Blvd. The deck is connected by a skywalk to the hospital's main entrance. Please note - some spaces are reserved for valet parking and physician parking.
Additional ParkingAdditional surface lot parking for patients and visitors can be found in front of the Outpatient Surgery (Ambulatory) Entrance, and for emergencies please park in the Emergency Department parking lot, located on Hamilton Boulevard and NE Crescent Avenue.
Parking is available in surface lots located around our Proctor campus. Parking is free and open, unless otherwise noted. In an emergency, please park in the Emergency Department parking lot, located on the northwest side of Proctor Hospital. Easy access to the campus is provided from two of Peoria's main thoroughfares, North Knoxville Ave. and North Sheridan Rd.
Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center is a one story building located on the south side of Rt. 9, directly down from Hoopeston Area High School. Parking lots are available in front of the building, and adjacent to the ambulance bay behind the building. Patients who have a medical need should park in the rear parking area, and enter the automatic double doors which will lead directly into registration. If you are coming to see a patient, park in the front lot and enter any of the single entry doors. From there you can follow the signs to our patient rooms.
Carle Richland Memorial Hospital is located at 800 East Locust Street in Olney, IL. There is a large parking area in front of the hospital and to the north side. Patients who need emergency care should park in the side lot and enter the door marked "Emergency." For anyone visiting a patient, or heading to the Obstetrics wing, please park in the front lot and enter the automatic double doors.
Carle Richland Memorial Hospital also offers a gift shop with a variety of greeting cards, novelty gifts, and everyday essentials for patients and visitors. Gift Shop hours include:
Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
