Chaplain Services

At Carle Health Proctor Hospital, chaplains are available to provide comfort, support and a listening ear in a way that respects your personal values and choices, as well as your ethnic, cultural and faith-based heritage. Our chaplains respond to medical and personal crisis situations, while also being present in the patient-care areas to give support and encouragement in noncrisis situations. At your request, they can also assist in connecting you with spiritual/religious leaders of your own faith.
 
Contacting a Chaplain

If you or your loved one wants to speak with a chaplain, please ask your nurse to page the on-call chaplain, or you can call the Communication Center at (309) 672-5522 and ask for a chaplain.
 
Chapel

The chapel at Carle Health Proctor Hospital is located on the first floor across from the main elevators, and it’s open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Prayer requests can be placed in the box in the foyer to the chapel.
