The Carle Health Mobile Harm Reduction Unit brings a range of non-urgent substance use support services and harm reduction resources to neighborhoods in Vermillion County.

Services are provided by our compassionate care team in a non-judgmental, accessible care setting including:

  • Harm reduction education.
  • Free naloxone. 
  • Peer recovery support.
  • Connection to community resources such as local treatment services.
  • Assessment for medication assisted recovery (MAR) services.
