Understanding and Navigating Grief
This support group provides a place to connect with others who are also going through loss, share memories of the person who died, learn about the grief process and explore new ideas to help you cope and heal. The group is offered in an open, flexible format, allowing participants to begin at any time and attend according to what feels manageable and supportive to them. The group is open to all grieving adults in the community who have experienced a loss through death and is led by a social worker and hospital chaplain.
