Carle Health brings a new outpatient imaging location into its health system with the opening of Carle MRI at 1709 Jumer Drive in Bloomington, Illinois. The office officially marks its grand opening on Wednesday, August 4, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m.
Carle Health recently acquired the practice, expanding their Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) offerings in the McLean County area. Patients can expect to receive the high-quality patient care and service Carle Health is known for and returning patients can take comfort in seeing some familiar faces as the technologists and staff remain unchanged.
“We’re incredibly excited to open Carle MRI and offer additional access to magnetic resonance imaging in the outpatient environment to our community,” Tim Bassett, vice president of operations at Carle BroMenn Medical Center said. “This facility is incredibly convenient to access and the practice utilizes technology that contributes to an optimal patient experience.”
“We are proud to be the only facility offering 3T MRI in McLean County,” explains Brenda Downen, director of imaging services. “Our technology coupled with our skilled imaging team that holds more than 40 years of combined experience, and our local, board-certified radiologist reviewing and delivering accurate readings, make Carle MRI a standout imaging facility.”
